EF Commander v11.10

EF Commander v11.10 is a file manager that is complex and multi-feature a variety of users, from beginners to professionals, will find easy to use. This is the result of many requests received by the author. The first version was written in 1994, under the operating system OS / 2 using Presentation Manager, as a personal replacement for the DOS program Norton Commander ™. In 1996 it was ported to 32-bit Microsoft Windows ™ operating systems.
